As you can see, Bean is already a great thinker.
He is already the size of a small elephant. They grow up so quickly.

Another new arrival!!
We welcomed the arrival of yet another baby into the family this week. This one happens to be a Comcast truck, but the differences end there. Both are brand new, defensless, and as can be seen from the picture below, in need of protection. They also both share over-protective parents!
Aren't they adorable?

Bean's Greatest Hits
Here we have a picture of the Bean taken this morning after he did a very good job of sleeping through the night.
The Bean is putting weight back on, though he is still a very little guy. He seems determined to change that quickly, however, based on how often he wants to eat.
Aunt Brat bought him these nice blankets and crib set.
Bean also likes to stretch and show off his fine muscle tone.

More of the Bean
Here we have a few shots of the Bean. We've been getting a lot more pictures of him with his eyes open these days.
Bean is doing better at sleeping through the night. We've been working on keeping him awake during the day, and we are starting to see results. Last night was the best night yet for having him sleep. Mom and Dad appreciate it.
Here is a look that we see fairly often. We still aren't sure what it means, but we still think it is funny.

More of the Bean
Here we have the bean showing us his pipes. We can assure you that they work very well. He likes to yawn and doesn't like the hiccups.
Here we have Uncle Senor with the Bean in the hospital. Uncle Boy decided that he preferred to admire from a distance.
And here is Mom and Bean in the hospital after Mom has had a few days to rest up. We appreciated the extra day in the hospital to get her rested up before taking Bean home and trying to handle him ourselves in the night.

New Arrival
We had a new arrival at 11:55p.m. last night - the Bean showed up almost three weeks early. But, both he and mom are doing well in the hospital. I'm putting up the first pictures while I'm at home for a little bit.
Bean has a full head of hair and gave some good yells when he first came out. He also doesn't like shots, and yelled alot after he got his first shot.
And as we can see here, he weighed 6 pounds, 9.8 ounces. He is 18 inches long.
